Im reading the book The Ugly Duckling. I love that book because it is the book that my parents read to me for the first six years of my life. The movie is good, but the book is better. Though I have never experienced what it is like to be left out and called names, i know it must have been painful. The  book taught me to treat people how you would want to be treated. Sometimes when I see people picking on other people I think of that book. What goes around comes back around. The Ugly Duck has a great life while the others that picked on him suffered. It has a great message in it.
