  • Judith McNaught
  • Maureen Child
  • Kasey Michaels (both of them)
  • Nicholas Sparks
  • Stephanie Myers

    Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie:
Minn Dobbs just got dumped by her boyfriend and she really needs a date to her sisters wedding.  Her two friends send her to go pick up this guy.  She goes over and here's him making a bet...about dating her.
Cal hates David but he never turns down a bet. When he goes after Minn he thinks its gonna be easy.  Think again.  These to go through a lot together chicken marsala, cute nephews, two love birds, and stupid chaos theory.  And this all adds up to two people crazy for one another and fighting a loseing fight.
I loved this book.  It's hilarious and witty.  Anyone would love it.  Totally recommend it to you guys.

 Maximum Ride by James Patterson

Six kids who are like brothers and sisters but not really are fighting to have a normal life.  What's stopping them?  Wolf men are chasing them, they're a flock of mutant freaks (as the like to say) and the School is back.  But other than that, they would be normal.  They are trust into a crazy world made for adults but they survive with action filled fights and lots of humor and hard lesson learned.  There are three books on these guys and each one is better than the last.

These books are the best.  They keep you on the edge of your seat with suspense and you can't put them down.  Read them fast and get ready for a whole new world.

Woman's Murder Club by James Patterson

Meet the woman's murder club-Lindsay, Jill, Cindy, and Claire; a cop, an assistant D.A., a reporter, and a coroner.  These four girls are the best of friends and work together to solve crime.  Learn about their lives and their jobs and become one of the club.

K girls these six books are for us.  These women kick butt for a living and they're good at it.  Learn to love these girls and enter the world where woman rule it with their manicured iron fist.

Perfect by Judith McNaught

Julie Mathison is your perfect small town girl.  But what most people don't know is how she came to be one.  Her past is still a part of her as she comes to learn.  Zac Benedict is the handsome actor and director who everyone loves, until he gets falsely accused of murdering his wife.  After five years of prison he escapes.  When his plans are slightly ruined he ends up having to kidnap someone, that someone being Julie.  These two make quite the pair and go through a lot but they keep you guessing because of their wit and humor.

Here's a story that will make you cry and laugh over and over again.  Kind of an adult book but so good that i read it all the time :0

And Then Came You: Sams Story by Maureen Child

The Marconi's are not a family you want to mess with.  Hank, the dad, is very protective of his girls.  His girls are Jo, Sam, and Mike.  These girls are so different but so closely linked as well.  One man who has messed his chances up with the Marconi's for good, maybe.  Jeff Hendricks, Sam's ex-husband, has come back for another visit.  Turns out that after 9 years they are still married and he's engaged and desperately needs an actual divorce, and fast.  But Sam has decided to tell Sam about the fact that they had a child, a little girl, after he left and she had to give her up.  But all hell breaks loose when she discovers that Jeff ended up getting the girl and has raised her all these years.  Now Sam wants the chance to be the mother she so wanted to be but can her and Jeff be friends during this.  Especially when they learn what really happened 9 years ago.

This is such a good book. You get sucked into the story of all these great people.  After this book is Mike's Story and then Jo's story.  And if you want to get to know the Candellano's read Knowing You, Finding You, and Loving You before these books.  You will soon be living in Chandler if you do this.

Maggie Needs and Alibi by Kasey Michaels

Maggie Kelly is the bestselling author of the St. Just mystery novels.  St. Just is the perfect man.  But suddenly Maggie's life has taken a strange twist of fate.  Her ex-boyfriend is murdered, she's a suspect in the murder, her best friend/publisher is getting drunk because her ex-husband is dead, and Maggie is trying to quit smoking too.  (like that will ever happen!)  And to top it all off, the great St. Just and his not so great assistant Sterling Baldor, have picked this as the time to come out of her head and into her living room.  What does a person do when fictional characters aren't so fictional anymore?  Just ask Maggie and St. Just as they try to find Maggie an alibi.

This book is so freakin hilarious, you would have to be insane not to love it.  The twist of fiction involved somehow seems plausible afterwards.  And who on earth can resist the handsome St. Just.

The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks

Ally and Noah couldn't be more different and yet they still manage to fall head over heels in love.  But their romantic summer ends in disaster and they part in a terrible way.  Years later they meet again and begin to learn some of what really happened at the end of that summer.  Once they do, could there be a chance it was really true love?

K this is such a chick flick.  You've probably seen the movie and I'm telling you the book is just as good.  READ IT!!!

Twilight Trilogy by Stephanie Myers

Bella is moving in with her dad for a while and is really not looking forward to it.  After living in the sun for so many years, the shady coolness of this new town does not appeal to this 17 year old girl.  When starting school there Bella instantly notices a group of 5 unusual kids, especially Edward.  She begins to learn more about Edward though.  1.He's a vampire 2.He's madly in love with her, and she with him 3.He wants to taste her blood very badly.  Once she falls in love with Edward things change instantly.  Suddenly she's being chased by some not so nice vampires and soon some werewolves as well.  And add into the mix that she needs to pick a college, decide if she's ready for marraige, who she's really in love with, and decide when she's ready to join Edward's family as a vampire.

These books are so amazing you'll never be able to put them down.  You'll so regret it if you don't red them no joke.  They're that good.

Alright, I'm sure now you all have realized what a nerd I am.  It's a good thing I don't mind to much.  :)
