Ok wow....So it's been a while since I've been on here but ever since high school basketball season started I've been swamped with that and jazz band/music and a different basketball league.  But anyways....this site is about books so ever since about Feb. I've been reading like crazy, that is when I had time...Here's a list of books I've been reading and yeah...I think thats all I have to say, but I'm kinda in a hurry 'cause it's like 10:00 on the night before school starts so yeah...well here goes!!!  Just a heads up...I'll most likely be on the site about every 2-4 months or whenever I get some free time...Sorry...Hope you guys enjoy my update!!!:)....Stephanie

The Sweet Far Thing by Libba Bray (3rd book in the trilogy)--I have to say that this book has totally taken my favorite book spot in my heart!!!!! I fell in love with this trilogy and they kept getting better and better...the first is A Great and Terrible Beauty and the second is Rebel Angels.  I got the third book for a Valentines Day gift from my mom and had it done in about a week!  I could go on and on about this book and trilogy but to save time and space, I totally recomend this book for anyone!!!  If you like the Harry Potter books or anything with magic, you would probably like these.  People who like romances, action, adventure, drama, magic, or tragedy will most definitely like this book and the first two!!!!  I bawled my eyes out for about an hour then had to take a nap to settle myself down because of the ending in this!!!  That's pretty much what made it my favorite book!

Snow Angel by Thon Racina--This book was pretty good...It goes back and fourth between two different main characters Julia and Matt.  It's a murder/mystery/romance story that starts out at Julia's parents house and is from Julia's point of view.  Her, her husband,Tom, and daughter Molly, are going to visit Julia's parents for the holiday only to find that, shortly after a phone call Julia made when she was close to the house, she walks in and finds both her parents dead.  On her visit and hunt to find the murder, she runs into Matt.  Her and Matt had a short romance before she met and married Tom.  Even after brest cancer her husband isn't attracted to her, which leads her to discovering two things...1: Her marriage is going down the drain and 2: She's starting to fall back in love with Matt, who has always loved her.  Soon after she thinks everything is fine with her love life (or at least smoothend out), Matt is arrested for the murders of her parents.  Julia is determinded to prove Matt innocent and clear his name.  But as she starts to find things out from the police, she is torn between passion and doubt.  All around great book!!

Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer--Ok so I'm pretty sure everyone on this site has heard of the series or movie.  Outline...mortal girl (Bella) falls in love with amazing vampire boy (Edward) and vise versa.  Bella figures out Edward is a vampire and they have to conqure all the obstacles that come in their way.  I had this book on my list for a while but I had to get some other ones done before I could get this one read.  I read Twilight and fell in love with Bella and Edward so I had to keep reading!!!  Once I finished the third book, I was like 'What am I gonna do for another month? The fourth doesn't come out till Aug. second!!'  I went a little crazy because I couldn't find any books until that one came out.  But yeah these books are flippin amazing and are in my second spot for favorite book series!!!

Right now I can't remember if I've read any more books outside of these but if I have I'll try to put the up asap...but right now I just got four new books.  Here they are...

...Books I'm Reading Now...

The first three are a series and they're titled (in order) Key of Light, Key of Knowledge, and Key of Valor by Nora Roberts.  They're about three women who are brought together by fate to unlock their deepest desires.  Malory has the soul of an artist and eye for beauty.  She must find the Key of Light.  Dana's passion for books is strongest in her life.  She must find the Key of Knowledge.  Zoe is in the process of discovering her true courageous spirt.  She must find the Key of Valor.  I've just started the first one and I hope to have them finished soon!

The next book I just got today.  It's by Lesley Kagen, who also wrote a Whistling in the Dark which I read earlier this year (it's one of my favorites!!!), and it's titled Land of a Hundred Wonders.  It's about a woman named Gibby McGraw who catches her big break.  Recently brain damaged after a car accident, she's now "Not Quite Right".  Which comes to be a big challenge for this fledgling newspaper reporter when she find the dead body of the next governor of Kentucky, Buster Malloy.  In her eyes, this is Gibby's chance to prove to everyone that she can become "Quite Right" again.  This book will have to wait because I always read the books I get first, first because then if I skip to a book I get afterwards, I'm probably going to forget about it.  But I'm so excited to read this because the author wrote one of my favorite books so I'm anticapating really good things!!!  When I get to it, I'll write about it, but for about 2-3 months this is it for writing on the site!!!
